Solution:

1.  Launch File Explorer

2.  For Windows 11, click the ellipsis, Choose "Options"

For Windows 10 only: from the Ribbon, again choose Options, then click "[x] Change"

3.  In the Folder Options window, open the [View] tab

     Check "[x] Launch Folder Windows in Separate Process
